1. True HEPA Filter: The True HEPA Filter should be replaced approximately every 12 months under normal usage conditions.
2. Carbon Filter: The Carbon Filter should be replaced approximately every 3 months under normal usage conditions.
It's important to note that these replacement intervals may vary depending on the hours of use and air quality in your specific environment. The replacement filter indicators on the display panel of the air purifier will signal when it's time to replace the filters. The amber and red lights will indicate when to replace the True HEPA Filter and Carbon Filter.
To reset the filter light after replacing a filter, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the back panel is securely in place.
2. Turn on the unit.
3. Locate the filter replacement icon on the display panel.
4. Press and hold the filter replacement icon for 3 seconds until the unit beeps. The HEPA Filter icon will flash amber.
5. Press the filter icon area to alternate between HEPA and Carbon.
6. Once the desired filter is illuminated, press and hold for 3-5 seconds. A short beep will be heard, and the light should turn off.
7. Repeat the process for each filter as needed.
