To change the ear pads on the beyerdynamic DT 1770 Pro Studio Headphones, follow these steps:
1. Carefully remove the old ear pad from the mounting ring. Gently pull it away from the headphone casing.
2. Take the new ear pad and locate the lip of the pad. Place the lip in the notch at the top of the headphone casing.
3. Rotate the ear pad in the direction indicated by the arrow on the pad until the lip of the entire pad is sitting over the mounting ring.
4. Repeat the same steps for the other ear pad.
