Why is the lid of my NINESTARS CB-DZT-50-9/8-1 trash can not opening when I place my hand near the sensor?
I have followed all the instructions in the user manual, including inserting fresh batteries and ensuring that the lid is properly aligned with the base. However, when I place my hand within the sensor range, the lid does not open automatically as it should. What could be the issue?
