1. Unplug the blender from the power source and disassemble the blender by removing the pitcher, lid, and blade assembly.
2. Rinse the pitcher, lid, and blade assembly under warm water to remove any remaining food particles.
3. Fill the pitcher halfway with warm water and add a few drops of dish soap.
4. Attach the pitcher back onto the blender base and secure it in place.
5. Turn the blender on and select the "Pulse" function. Allow the blender to run for about 30 seconds to thoroughly clean the pitcher and blade assembly.
6. Turn off the blender and detach the pitcher from the base.
7. Empty the soapy water from the pitcher and rinse it thoroughly with clean water.
