To adjust the speed settings on the SASA ROCOO 7.5QT Speed Tilt-Head Food Mixer, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the mixer is plugged in and turned on.
2. Locate the speed control dial on the mixer. It is usually located on the side or front of the mixer.
3. The mixer has 6 speed settings, ranging from low to high. Turn the speed control dial to the desired speed setting.
4. The speed settings are as follows:
- Speed 1: Low speed for gentle mixing and stirring.
- Speed 2-3: Medium-low speed for mixing batters and doughs.
- Speed 4-5: Medium speed for creaming butter and whipping frostings.
- Speed 6: Medium-high speed for quick beating or whipping to create meringues and whipped cream.
- Speed 7-8: High speed for quickly beating a small amount of egg whites or cream.
- Speed 9-10: Highest speed for fast mixing and blending.
5. Start the mixer at the lowest speed and gradually increase the speed as needed for your recipe.
6. To stop the mixer, turn the speed control dial to the "Off" position.
