To program channels on the Motorola DLR1060 Two-Way Radios, follow these steps:
1. Turn on the radio by rotating the On/Off/Volume xxxx clockwise.
2. Press the Menu button to enter the menu mode.
3. Use the Up or Down button to navigate to the "Program" option and press the Menu button to select it.
4. Use the Up or Down button to select the channel you want to program and press the Menu button to confirm.
5. Use the Up or Down button to select the desired settings for the channel, such as frequency, interference eliminator code, transmit power, etc.
6. Press the Menu button to save the settings and exit the programming mode.
