To set the alarm on the Eton NELIEXEP1 Shortwave Radio with RDS, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the radio is turned off but unlocked.
2. Press one of the "F" keys on the radio while it is off and unlocked.
3. The display will indicate the alarm state.
4. Use the buttons or knobs on the radio to set the desired alarm time.
5. Once the alarm time is set, press the "F" key again to confirm and save the alarm setting.
6. The alarm can be turned on and off by pressing the "F" key.
