To program the Retevis RT18 walkie talkies, you will need to use a PC and the programming software provided by Retevis. Here are the steps to program the walkie talkies:
1. Download and install the programming software from the Retevis website.
2. Connect the walkie talkie to your PC using the USB cable provided.
3. Open the programming software and select the COM port that corresponds to the walkie talkie.
4. Set the desired frequency, CTCSS/DCS codes, and other settings according to your needs.
5. Click on the "Write" button to transfer the programming data to the walkie talkie.
6. Disconnect the walkie talkie from the PC and power it on to apply the new programming settings.
