To program channels on the Motorola RMV2080 radio, follow these steps:
1. Turn on the radio by rotating the On/Off/Volume xxxx clockwise.
2. Press the Menu button to enter the menu mode.
3. Use the Up or Down arrow buttons to navigate to the "Program" menu option and press the Menu button to select it.
4. Use the Up or Down arrow buttons to select the desired channel number you want to program.
5. Press the Menu button to enter the channel programming mode.
6. Use the Up or Down arrow buttons to select the desired settings for the channel, such as frequency, interference eliminator code, and transmit power level.
7. Press the Menu button to save the settings and exit the channel programming mode.
8. Repeat steps 4-7 for each channel you want to program.
