To charge the Retevis RT86 Walkie Talkies, you need to follow these steps:
1. Insert the walkie-talkie into the charger's charging slot.
2. Make sure the charger is turned on. The red light on the charger will indicate that charging has started.
3. Once the battery is fully charged, the green light on the charger will turn on, indicating that the battery is fully charged.
