To turn on the PENO PENO2xw5ug6fby-13 Rechargeable Anti Interference walkie talkie, locate the On/Off and Volume Control dial, which is the first round dial on the device. Switch the dial in a clockwise direction to turn on the walkie talkie and raise the volume. To lower the volume, switch the dial counterclockwise. When the walkie talkie is turned off, there should be a slight click sound. To turn it off, continue spinning the dial clockwise until you encounter resistance.
