To turn on the BaoFeng BF-888S two-way radio, you need to follow these steps:
1. Locate the Power Switch/Volume Control xxxx on the top of the radio.
2. Turn the xxxx clockwise to switch ON the transceiver.
3. You will hear a beep and speech indicating that the transceiver is ON.
