To charge the Retevis RT21 Walkie Talkies with Earpieces, follow these steps:
1. Connect the charger to a power source and plug the other end into the charging port on the walkie talkie.
2. Ensure that the walkie talkie is turned off before charging.
3. The LED indicator on the charger will turn red to indicate that charging has started.
4. Leave the walkie talkie connected to the charger until the LED indicator turns green, indicating that the battery is fully charged.
5. Once fully charged, disconnect the charger from the walkie talkie.
