The Altec Lansing MZX4200-BLUB-STK-6 Ears Headphones do not have built-in volume controls. To adjust the volume, you will need to use the volume controls on the device that you have connected the headphones to. For example, if you have connected the headphones to your phone, you can adjust the volume by using the volume buttons on your phone. If you have connected the headphones to a computer, you can adjust the volume through the computer's audio settings. The headphones themselves do not have the ability to control the volume independently.
