To charge the Uniden SX167-2CH walkie talkies, follow these steps:
1. Plug one branch of the included microUSB Y-Cable into each radio's microUSB charge port.
2. Insert the other end (USB) into a USB power source, such as a computer or phone charger (not included).
3. The battery strength meter in the upper right-hand corner of the radio will indicate the battery level.
4. Charge time may vary depending on the remaining battery life. For fastest charging, turn off the radio before charging.
5. Do not use alkaline batteries in radios that recharge, as it can create a safety hazard or damage the radio.
6. If the battery power is low, you cannot operate the radio even using external power. If you try to transmit while the power is low, the radio will automatically turn off. Recharge or replace the batteries.
Please note that the radios need to be turned off to charge for 16 hours.
