To pair the Motorola MR350R-35 Mile Range Talkabout radios, follow these steps:
1. Turn on both radios by pressing and holding the Power/Menu button until the radio turns on.
2. Press the Menu button on one of the radios.
3. Use the Up or Down arrow buttons to scroll through the menu options and select "Channel."
4. Press the Menu button again to enter the Channel menu.
5. Use the Up or Down arrow buttons to select the desired channel for communication.
6. Press the Menu button to confirm the channel selection.
7. Repeat steps 2-6 on the other radio to set it to the same channel.
8. Press and hold the PTT (Push-To-Talk) button on one radio while turning on the other radio.
9. Release the PTT button on both radios.
10. The radios will automatically search for each other and establish a connection. Once paired, you will hear a confirmation tone.
