To charge the Cobra MR HH350W FLT Handheld Floating VHF Radio, follow these steps:
1. Locate the charging port on the radio. It is located on the bottom of the radio, covered by a rubber flap.
2. Lift the rubber flap to expose the charging port.
3. Connect the included AC adapter or DC charger to the charging port.
4. Plug the other end of the adapter or charger into a standard electrical outlet or a 12V DC power source, respectively.
5. The radio's battery indicator will show a charging icon to indicate that it is charging.
6. Allow the radio to charge fully. The manual recommends charging for at least 16 hours for the initial charge and 10-12 hours for subsequent charges.
7. Once fully charged, the battery indicator will display a full battery icon.
It is important to note that the charging process should only be carried out using the provided AC adapter or DC charger. Charging the radio with any other charger may damage the device and void the warranty.
