To sync two Motorola T475 walkie-talkies, you need to ensure that the private code numbers on both radios are set to the same number. Here are the steps to synchronize them:
1. Check the display on each radio to determine the channel it is currently set to.
2. Make sure both radios are set to the same channel.
3. Press the menu button on one of the radios to enter the menu mode.
4. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to navigate to the private code setting.
5. Set the private code number to the desired value on both radios.
6. Press the push-to-talk button on one of the radios to save the new programming.
Once the private code numbers are set to the same value on both radios, they will be synced and able to communicate with each other on the selected channel.
