To turn off the chirping sound on your Topsung Talky Handheld Two Way Radio, you can follow these steps:
1. Press the Menu/Power button until the "Rog" (Roger Beep) is displayed on the screen.
2. Use the Up or Down button to change the mode to "OF" (Off).
3. Press the Menu/Power button again to save the new setting and exit the menu.
4. The chirping sound should now be turned off.
Please note that the Roger Beep is a confirmation tone that is heard when you release the PTT (Push-to-Talk) button. By turning it off, you will no longer hear the chirping sound after transmitting a message.
