To pair the Nokia (HS-26W) Wireless Headset with your phone, please follow these steps:
1. Switch on your phone and the headset.
2. Activate the Bluetooth feature on your phone. Refer to your phone's user guide for instructions on how to do this.
3. Set your phone to search for Bluetooth devices. Again, consult your phone's user guide for specific instructions.
4. From the list of found devices, select the headset (Nokia HS-26W).
5. Enter the passcode 0000 to pair and connect the headset to your phone. Note that some phones may require you to make the connection separately after pairing. Refer to your phone's user guide for more details. It's important to note that you only need to pair the headset with your phone once.
6. If the pairing was successful, the headset will beep and appear in the phone menu where you can view the currently paired Bluetooth devices.
To disconnect the headset from your phone, you can do any of the following:
- Switch off the headset.
- Disconnect the headset in the Bluetooth menu of your phone.
- Move the headset more than 10 meters (30 feet) away from the phone.
To reconnect the paired headset to your phone, you can either switch on the headset, make the connection in the Bluetooth menu of your phone, or press and hold the answer/end key.
