To connect an external mixer with XLR and 1/4" line outputs to the Crown CDi 6000 power amplifier, you will need to use the included Phoenix-style connectors. Here are the steps to follow:
1. Remove the XLR or 1/4" connectors from the output cables of your external mixer.
2. Strip the conductors of the output cables to expose the bare wires.
3. Insert the bare wires into the appropriate Phoenix-style connectors on the back panel of the Crown CDi 6000 power amplifier. The Phoenix-style connectors are labeled as "Input Connectors" on the back panel.
4. Make sure to match the positive and negative wires correctly. The positive wire usually has a color-coded marking or is labeled as "+", while the negative wire is usually unmarked or labeled as "-".
