To connect the StarTech ST222MXA Matrix Video Switch Splitter to your devices, follow these steps:
1. Connect the VGA cables from your source devices (such as computers or media players) to the VGA input ports on the switch splitter. Each source device should be connected to a separate input port.
2. Connect the VGA cables from your displays or projectors to the VGA output ports on the switch splitter. Each display or projector should be connected to a separate output port.
3. Connect the 3.5mm stereo audio cables from your source devices to the corresponding audio input ports on the switch splitter. Make sure to match the audio input ports with the VGA input ports.
4. Connect the 3.5mm stereo audio cables from your displays or projectors to the corresponding audio output ports on the switch splitter. Make sure to match the audio output ports with the VGA output ports.
5. Plug the power adapter into a power outlet and connect it to the power input port on the switch splitter.
6. Press the front panel selection buttons on the switch splitter to switch between the different VGA sources and audio inputs. You can select a different source for each display or project the same source on both displays.
Note: Make sure to use VGA cables and audio cables of sufficient length to reach your devices. The maximum cable length supported by the switch splitter is 65 meters (213 feet).
