To synchronize the remote transmitter with the receiver collar, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure that both the transmitter and receiver are fully charged and turned on.
2. Press and hold the power button on the receiver collar for about 5 seconds until it enters the synchronization mode. The red LED on the receiver collar will start flashing rapidly.
3. While the red LED is flashing, send any correction command from the remote transmitter. We recommend sending a vibration command by pressing and holding the vibration button on the remote until you feel the collar vibrating. If no command is sent, the flashing will stop after 10 seconds.
4. The system is now synchronized. You can test it by sending any command to the receiver collar.
If you have two collars, you can repeat the above steps for both collars on channel 1 and channel 2.
