To pair the remote control with the receiver collar, follow these steps:
1. Make sure both the remote control and the receiver collar are fully charged.
2. Turn on the remote control by pressing and holding the power button until the indicator light turns on.
3. Press and hold the mode button on the remote control until the indicator light starts flashing.
4. Press the power button on the receiver collar to turn it on. The indicator light on the collar will start flashing.
5. Within 10 seconds, press the mode button on the remote control to send a pairing signal.
6. The indicator light on the receiver collar will stop flashing and remain solid, indicating that the pairing is successful.
If you are experiencing issues with the collar turning off by itself, please make sure that the battery is fully charged and securely connected. If the issue persists, it is recommended to contact the seller or manufacturer for further assistance or a replacement.
