To connect your NEC NP-M282X projector to a computer or laptop, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that your computer or laptop is turned off.
2. Locate the VGA or HDMI port on your computer or laptop. The VGA port is usually blue, while the HDMI port is typically black.
3. Connect one end of the VGA or HDMI cable to the corresponding port on your computer or laptop.
4. Locate the VGA or HDMI input port on the back of the projector. It is labeled as "Computer 1 IN" for VGA or "HDMI 1" for HDMI.
5. Connect the other end of the VGA or HDMI cable to the corresponding input port on the projector.
6. Turn on your computer or laptop.
7. Press the "Power" button on the projector to turn it on.
8. Use the projector's remote control or the control panel buttons to select the appropriate input source. For VGA, select "Computer 1" or the corresponding input number. For HDMI, select "HDMI 1" or the corresponding input number.
9. Once the input source is selected, your computer or laptop screen should be displayed on the projector.
