To set up the Generic GF-07 GPS Tracker, follow these steps:
1. Remove the PIN code from the SIM card: Before using the SIM card in the GPS tracker, you need to remove the PIN code. You can do this by inserting the SIM card into a phone and disabling the PIN code security.
2. Connect the GPS tracker to your phone: Text the number 000 to the GPS tracker to connect it to your phone.
3. Access the app: Text the number 102 to the GPS tracker to receive the login information and a link to download the app.
4. Activate GPS tracker on your phone: Open the Settings app on your phone, select Security & Location (or just Location), and choose a mode that includes GPS for the most precise location information.
5. Connect the GPS tracker to your car: Find the OBD port in your car (typically near the gearbox, under the dashboard, or under the steering wheel), and plug in the GPS tracker. Install the app or program for the device on your mobile device. Start the car's engine to sync the GPS tracker with the app.
