To set the time and alarm on the Yamaha TSX-B72DR Desktop Audio System, follow these steps:
1. Press the "SET" button on the front panel of the unit.
2. Use the "TUNING" button to set the desired time.
3. Press the "SET" button again to confirm the time setting.
4. To set the alarm, press the "SET" button and then use the "TUNING" button to set the desired alarm time.
5. Press the "SET" button again to confirm the alarm time setting.
6. The alarm will sound at the specified time and will only sound once.
7. To turn off the alarm, press any button on the unit.
