To turn on the Educator EZ 1/2 Mile Dog Training Collar transmitter, press the lower right button for 1 second. To turn on the collar receiver, place the red dot on the transmitter against the red dot on the collar receiver for 1 second. To turn off the transmitter, press the lower right button for more than 2 seconds. To turn off the collar receiver, place the red dot on the transmitter against the red dot on the collar receiver for 1 second.
