To adjust the ear clip on the JVC HAEBR80B Sports Clip Headphones, follow these steps:
1. Hold the ear clip with one hand and the earphone with the other hand.
2. Gently pull the ear clip away from the earphone to release it from its current position.
3. Move the ear clip to the desired position. There are five different positions available for adjustment.
4. Once in the desired position, push the ear clip back towards the earphone until it clicks into place.
5. Repeat the process for the other earphone.
