To turn on the GPX R116B Portable AM/FM Radio, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the batteries are good and inserted correctly.
2. Adjust the FM/AM switch to the desired position.
3. Adjust the Volume dial to turn on the radio and set the desired volume.
4. Adjust the Tuning dial to tune the radio to the desired station.
If the radio still doesn't turn on, ensure that the batteries are inserted correctly and try turning the radio on without the headphones plugged in. If the issue persists, please refer to the user's guide or contact GPX customer support for further assistance.
