To tune the AM/FM radio on the GPX R300B Portable Armband Radio, follow these steps:
1. Adjust the FM/AM switch to the desired radio band (AM or FM).
2. Adjust the VOLUME dial to an audible level.
3. Use the TUNING dial to select the desired AM or FM radio station.
