To connect your device to the Quantum FX 970101711M Portable Party Speaker via Bluetooth, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure the speaker is turned on and in Bluetooth pairing mode. You can do this by pressing and holding the power button until the Bluetooth indicator light starts flashing.
2. On your smartphone, go to the Bluetooth settings. This can usually be found in the settings menu or by swiping down from the top of the screen and selecting the Bluetooth icon.
3. In the Bluetooth settings, make sure Bluetooth is turned on. Then, tap on the option to "Scan" or "Search for devices" to search for available Bluetooth devices.
4. Wait for your smartphone to detect the Quantum FX speaker. It should appear in the list of available devices with the name "Quantum FX 970101711M" or something similar.
5. Tap on the name of the speaker to initiate the pairing process. Your smartphone may prompt you to enter a passcode or confirm a pairing request. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the pairing.
6. Once the pairing is successful, the Bluetooth indicator light on the speaker should stop flashing and remain solid. You should also see a notification on your smartphone indicating that it is connected to the Quantum FX speaker.
7. You can now play audio from your smartphone through the speaker via Bluetooth. Adjust the volume on both your smartphone and the speaker to your desired levels.
Note: If you are still unable to find the speaker in your smartphone's Bluetooth settings, try resetting the speaker by holding down the power button for a few seconds until it powers off, then turn it back on and repeat the pairing process. Make sure you are within the Bluetooth range of the speaker and that there are no other devices interfering with the connection.
