To pair the eKids Frozen 2 Bluetooth headphones with your device, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure that Bluetooth is turned on on your device. You can check this in the Settings or Options menu.
2. On your device, go to the Bluetooth menu. The eKids Frozen 2 headphones should appear as "ekids B50" in the list of available devices.
3. Select "ekids B50" to initiate the pairing process. If your device prompts for a passcode, enter "0000" to complete the pairing.
4. Once the pairing is successful, you should see a confirmation message on your device.
Note: It's important to ensure that the headphones are in pairing mode during this process. If they are not, please refer to the instruction manual for specific instructions on how to activate pairing mode.
If you encounter any issues during the pairing process, you can try resetting your eKids headphones. To do this, turn off the headphones and then press and hold the Play/Pause button for 8 seconds. The LED lights on the headphones will start blinking red and blue, indicating that the reset is in progress. After the reset, you can try pairing the headphones again.
