To switch from stereo to mono sound on the BlueParrott S650-XT headset, follow these steps:
1. Press both release buttons on the earcup and firmly pull the earcup down to remove it from the headset.
2. After removing the second earcup, the headset is ready to be worn in mono sound mode.
Please note that the S650-XT model comes with a removable second earcup, allowing you to easily switch between stereo and mono sound. If you want to use the headset in stereo sound mode again, you can reattach the second earcup.
For the B650-XT model, which does not come with a removable second earcup, you can purchase a stereo earcup as an accessory from blueparrott.com/accessories to use the headset in stereo sound mode.
