To pair the TREBLAB HD-Max speaker with your device via Bluetooth, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure the speaker is fully charged and the 3.5 mm audio cable is not plugged in.
2. Turn on the speaker by pressing and holding the POWER button for 3 seconds. You will hear a sound cue, and the battery level indicators will light up. The LED will start flashing blue, indicating that the speaker is in pairing mode.
3. Activate the Bluetooth mode on your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop).
4. In your device's Bluetooth settings, select "TREBLAB HD Max" from the list of available devices. Keep your device within 3 feet/1 meter of the speaker during the pairing process.
5. If prompted, enter the passcode "0000" to complete the pairing process.
6. Once the HD Max speaker is successfully paired and connected, the LED will stop flashing and stay blue.
If you are still experiencing difficulties with the Bluetooth pairing process, try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Make sure your device's Bluetooth is turned on and not connected to any other Bluetooth devices.
2. Restart your device and the speaker, then try the pairing process again.
3. If possible, try pairing the speaker with a different device to determine if the issue is specific to your device.
4. If none of the above steps work, perform a factory reset on the speaker by pressing and holding the VOLUME + and VOLUME - buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds. Then try the pairing process again.
If you continue to experience issues with Bluetooth pairing, please refer to the user manual for further troubleshooting steps or contact the TREBLAB customer support for assistance.
