To connect your BENGOO G9700 Gaming Headset to your Xbox One, please follow these steps:
1. Plug one end of the 3.5mm cable (included in the package) into the headset's audio jack.
2. Locate the headset jack on your Xbox One controller. It is usually located at the bottom of the controller.
3. Plug the other end of the 3.5mm cable into the headset jack on your Xbox One controller.
4. Once the headset is connected, you can adjust the volume and mute the microphone using the in-line control on the headset cable.
Please note that the BENGOO G9700 Gaming Headset is only compatible with Xbox One and Xbox Series consoles in wired mode. If you have any further questions or issues, please refer to the user manual or contact the manufacturer for assistance.
