Yes, you can connect multiple audio devices to the J-Tech Digital JTD-DA-5.1-Analog Digital Sound Decoder Converter and achieve surround sound. The converter has numerous input and output interfaces, including analogue 3.5mm audio, optical fibre, and coaxial. To connect your set-top box, HD player, and Blu-ray player, you can use the digital optical or coaxial inputs on the converter. Simply connect the corresponding output from each device to the respective input on the converter using the appropriate cables (optical or coaxial).
To achieve surround sound, you can connect the output from the converter to your 5.1 amplifier using the SW, CE, SR, SL, FR, and FL outputs. These outputs correspond to the subwoofer, center, surround right, surround left, front right, and front left speakers respectively. Make sure to connect each output to the corresponding input on your amplifier.
For stereo sound, you can connect the output from the converter to your stereo 2.1 speakers using the SW output for the subwoofer and the FR and FL outputs for the front right and front left speakers.
