To connect the Sharp HTSB35D Channel Sound Bar System to your TV or DVD player, follow these steps:
1. Locate the input terminals on the sound bar. There should be an analog input (AUDIO IN) with a stereo mini jack (Ø 3.5mm) and an optical digital input (OPTICAL) with a square type connector.
2. For analog connection, use a stereo mini jack cable (not included) to connect the AUDIO OUT or headphone jack on your TV or DVD player to the AUDIO IN port on the sound bar.
3. For digital connection, use an optical cable (not included) to connect the optical output on your TV or DVD player to the OPTICAL port on the sound bar.
4. Once the connections are made, power on the sound bar and your TV or DVD player.
5. Use the sound mode buttons on the sound bar or the remote control to select the desired sound mode (CINEMA, MUSIC, NEWS, BYPASS) for different sound effects.
6. Adjust the volume using the volume buttons on the sound bar or the remote control.
Note: Make sure to refer to your TV or DVD player's manual for any specific settings or adjustments that may be required for audio output.
