To connect your Acer X1385WH Video Projector to a laptop, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that both the projector and the laptop are turned off.
2. Locate the VGA or HDMI port on your laptop. The VGA port is typically blue, while the HDMI port is rectangular and smaller.
3. Connect one end of the VGA or HDMI cable to the corresponding port on your laptop.
4. Locate the VGA or HDMI input port on the back of the projector.
5. Connect the other end of the VGA or HDMI cable to the input port on the projector.
6. Turn on your laptop and the projector.
7. On your laptop, press the appropriate key combination (usually Fn + F4, Fn + F5, or Fn + F8) to switch the display output to the projector. Refer to your laptop's user manual for the specific key combination.
8. The projector should now display the content from your laptop.
