The ZVOX SoundBase 770 has a dedicated subwoofer output that allows you to connect an external subwoofer for enhanced bass performance. The subwoofer output is a full-range monaural audio output.
To connect a subwoofer, you will need a subwoofer cable with RCA connectors. Connect one end of the cable to the subwoofer output on the back of the SoundBase 770 and the other end to the input on your subwoofer. Make sure to follow the subwoofer manufacturer's instructions for proper setup and placement.
When choosing a subwoofer, consider the size of your room and your personal preferences for bass performance. A powered subwoofer with adjustable controls for volume and crossover frequency would be ideal. You can adjust the subwoofer settings to achieve the desired balance between the SoundBase 770 and the subwoofer.
It's important to note that the SoundBase 770 already has built-in subwoofers, so adding an external subwoofer is optional and depends on your preference for additional bass reinforcement.
