To change the battery in the Ecobee sensor, follow these steps:
1. Carefully pry off the battery cover on the back of the sensor.
2. Place a new CR-2032 coin-cell battery in the sensor, ensuring that the positive side is facing up.
3. The 3-volt CR-2032 battery is commonly used by Ecobee Room Sensors.
