To set up the Baetaey 300Mbps WiFi Extender Signal Booster, follow these steps:
1. Find a suitable location: Place the WiFi extender in a central location between your router and the area where you need better WiFi coverage. Make sure it is within the range of your existing WiFi network.
2. Connect the extender to power: Plug the WiFi extender into a power outlet near your router.
3. Connect to the extender's WiFi network: On your device (phone, tablet, or computer), go to the WiFi settings and connect to the WiFi network named "Baetaey_EXT."
4. Open a web browser: Launch a web browser on your device and enter "http://ap.setup" or "http://192.168.10.1" in the address bar. Press Enter.
5. Log in to the extender's settings page: Enter the default username and password (usually "admin" for both) to log in to the extender's settings page.
6. Select your existing WiFi network: On the settings page, choose your existing WiFi network from the list of available networks.
7. Enter your WiFi password: Enter the password for your existing WiFi network and click "Next" or "Apply" to save the settings.
8. Wait for the extender to connect: The extender will now connect to your existing WiFi network. This process may take a few minutes.
9. Test the extended WiFi network: Once the extender is connected, disconnect from the extender's WiFi network and reconnect to your main WiFi network. Move to the area where you previously had weak WiFi signal and check if the signal has improved.
10. Repeat the process if needed: If you still have areas with weak WiFi signal, you can set up additional Baetaey WiFi extenders following the same steps.
