1. Make sure your router has a working internet connection before starting the setup process.
2. If your router has a WPS button, you can use the Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS) method for easy setup. Press the WPS button on your router, then within the next two minutes, press the WPS button on the side of your range extender. The WPS button will light up, and the indicator LED on the front of the range extender will blink green. Wait for the LED to turn solid green, indicating a successful connection.
3. If your router does not have a WPS button or you prefer browser-based setup, plug the range extender into an electrical outlet close to your router. The indicator LED on the front of the range extender will blink green for up to a minute.
4. Wait for the indicator LED on the front of the range extender to blink amber before proceeding to the next step. This may take up to a minute.
5. Connect to the range extender's Wi-Fi network using your computer or mobile device. The network name will be "Ext" followed by your main network name.
