Yes, you can use the DVDO Quick6 switcher to connect all of your HDMI devices to your TV and also send the audio signal to your surround sound system. The Quick6 has two HDMI outputs - a main output and an auxiliary output. You can connect the main output directly to your TV and use the auxiliary output to connect to your Yamaha HTR-5990 Surround Sound system. This will allow you to have both the video and audio signals from your HDMI devices routed to the appropriate devices.
