To set up the JEXDZ 300mbps WiFi Extender, follow these steps:
1. Choose a suitable location: Place the WiFi extender in a central location between your router and the area where you need extended WiFi coverage. Make sure it is within the range of your existing WiFi network.
2. Power on the WiFi extender: Plug the WiFi extender into a power outlet near your router.
3. Connect to the WiFi extender: On your device (laptop, smartphone, etc.), go to the WiFi settings and connect to the WiFi network named "JEXDZ-XXXX" (XXXX represents the unique identifier of your WiFi extender).
4. Open a web browser: Launch a web browser and enter "http://ap.setup" or "http://192.168.10.1" in the address bar. Press Enter.
5. Log in to the WiFi extender: Enter the default username and password (usually "admin" for both) to access the WiFi extender's settings.
6. Configure the WiFi extender: Follow the on-screen instructions to set up the WiFi extender. You may need to select your existing WiFi network and enter the password to extend its coverage.
7. Apply the settings: Once you have completed the configuration, click on the "Apply" or "Save" button to save the settings.
8. Test the connection: After the WiFi extender restarts, try connecting your devices to the extended WiFi network. Verify that you have a stable and strong connection in the previously weak coverage areas.
