To connect the CHAMOUS Tuya DDV-204 Video Doorbell to your WiFi network, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4GHz WiFi network. Note that 5GHz WiFi is not supported.
2. Download and open the "TuyaSmart" app on your smartphone.
3. Create an account on TuyaSmart and complete the account registration process as instructed by the app.
4. Once logged in, tap on the "+" icon to add a new device.
5. Select "Device Addition" and choose "Network Configuration."
6. Follow the on-screen instructions to put the doorbell camera into pairing mode. This usually involves pressing and holding the reset button on the device for a few seconds until the indicator light flashes.
7. The app will prompt you to enter your WiFi network's SSID and password. Make sure to select the correct 2.4GHz WiFi network.
8. Wait for the app to connect the doorbell camera to your WiFi network. This may take a few moments.
9. Once connected, you should see a confirmation message in the app. You can now use the app to control and monitor the CHAMOUS Tuya DDV-204 Video Doorbell.
