To measure your heart rate using the LARIAU Y68 Smart Watch, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the smartwatch is securely fastened to your wrist.
2. Activate the watch by tapping the screen.
3. From the watch face, swipe downward to access the menu.
4. Tap on the "Heart Rate" option.
5. The watch will start measuring your heart rate. Keep your wrist still and wait for the measurement to complete.
6. Once the measurement is done, the watch will display your heart rate on the screen.
Please note that for accurate heart rate measurements, it is recommended to wear the watch snugly on your wrist and keep your wrist still during the measurement process.
