To connect the Sony SSCS5 3-Way 3-Driver Bookshelf Speaker System to your amplifier, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the power to all components, including the subwoofer, is turned off before starting the connection process.
2. Use speaker cords (not supplied) to connect the speakers to the speaker output terminals of your amplifier. Make sure to match the plus (+) and minus (-) terminals on the speakers to the corresponding plus (+) and minus (-) terminals on the amplifier.
3. Tighten the speaker terminals by turning them in the direction indicated by the arrows in illustration A-1 of the user guide.
4. Ensure that all connections are firm and secure. Loose connections may cause noise or a short-circuit.
5. For more specific instructions on speaker connection for your amplifier, refer to the operating instructions supplied with your amplifier.
Note: The black striped wires are minus (-) in polarity and should be connected to the minus (-) speaker terminals.
