To connect your external device, such as a phone or tablet, to the Samsung Sound Tower MX-T50, you have two options: Bluetooth or using an analog audio cable.
1. Bluetooth Connection:
- Turn on the Sound Tower and put it in Bluetooth pairing mode. You can do this by pressing and holding the PAIRING button on the remote control or the button on the rear panel.
- On your phone or tablet, go to the Bluetooth settings and search for available devices.
- Select "[AV] MX-T50" from the list of available devices.
- Once connected, you can play music from your phone or tablet through the Sound Tower.
2. Analog Audio (AUX) Cable Connection:
- Use a 3.5mm stereo cable (AUX1) or an audio cable (AUX2) to connect your external device's audio output to the corresponding AUX input on the Sound Tower.
- Select the appropriate AUX mode on the Sound Tower by pressing the (Source) button on the top panel or remote control. You can choose between AUX1 or AUX2.
- Play music on your external device, and the sound will be played through the Sound Tower.
