To charge the Xiaomi Mi Band 7, follow these steps:
1. Insert one end of the USB cable into the computer's USB port or the charger.
2. Connect the opposite end of the cable to the Mi Band 7's Micro USB connector.
3. The Mi Band 7 will start charging automatically.
4. It takes about 2 hours to fully charge the device.
5. Once the charging is complete, the Mi Band 7 will display the full charge icon.
